Evostar 2024, Elia Pacioni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding student paper nomination Evostar 2026, Elia Pacioni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evostar 2026 award for Outstanding Contribution to Evolutionary Computation in Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He was CETA-CIEMAT Chair 2007-2009,  University of Extremadura CIO from 2005-2007, and Vice-Dean of Research at Centro Universitario de M\u00e9rida, from 2004-2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He received the Best PhD Engineering thesis award in 2002, University of Extremadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is IEEE Senior Member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scientific Journals: Associate Editor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aicommunications.eu\">AiCommunicatons<\/a>, and Editorial Board Member of<a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/journal\/10710\"> Genetic Programming and Evolvable Machines<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evostar 2026 award for Outstanding Contribution to Evolutionary Computation in Europe.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I am deeply grateful to the <a href=\"https:\/\/species-society.org\">Species Society<\/a> for this award, which was presented to me at the Evostar 2026 conference in Toulouse.
